The "Natural History of Lightning" show at the Technorama Science Center in Winterthur demonstrates the formation of lightning and the effects of electricity through a series of phenomenal experiments. This fascinating interplay of high electrical voltages and strong currents makes lightning flash and copper wires vaporize. The truly brave can even catch the lightning themselves, protected within a Faraday cage.

inSynergie installed and programmed the complete show control system here. A 19" touchscreen panel ensures ergonomic and simple operation of the complex technology and compliance with the necessary safety requirements. An iSMovieMachine plays back high-resolution time-lapse recordings of the individual experiments. All audio leveling is handled by an audio server.
