In the building of the former Defensive Barracks on Petersberg in Erfurt, an innovative and identity-shaping presentation of Thuringia was created for the 2021 Federal Horticultural Show.
The exhibition's structure is organized around three core themes that define Thuringia's identity: nature, local character, and cultural history. Through digital and analog guides and carefully curated exhibits, a balanced relationship between information transfer and emotional engagement is created. DIA-Dittel Architekten, together with 7places, was responsible not only for the spatial concept but also for the digital and analog content of the exhibition; inSynergie contributed the programming and media technology.
