The "Karlsruhe Showcase" is a combination of tourist information, meeting point, and showroom with a clear focus on digital media. inSynergie carried out the detailed planning and installation for the various media technology stations.
A central focal point is the "Interactive Table." Here, an analog table was equipped with invisibly integrated sensor foils and projections, turning the table itself into an interactive touch interface.
Elsewhere, two sound showers were ceiling-mounted and allow the playback of five different audio files at the push of a button.
For the "360° Experience," five curved monitors were installed in a ring on the ceiling, allowing visitors to watch 360° videos, such as drone footage.
To allow visitors to interactively access information even outside opening hours, the "Interactive Shop Window" was installed. The monitor behind the shop window can be operated from outside via internal optical sensors.
