A youth center spanning 1250 square meters has been established, where children and young people receive comprehensive support and preparation for their professional lives. The non-profit organization Cruz de Los Angeles commissioned inSynergie Iberia to plan and implement all media and building technology. InSynergie Iberia used NeuroomNet, a central network application, to manage, monitor, and control this demanding project. Visitors to the center register in the entrance area and then gain access to a user portal via an RFID (radio-frequency-identification) wristband. The Arkuos Center features a professionally equipped radio and television station where young people are trained in media-related professions. The broadcasts can be aired live on the center's own TV channel, Telgera, and also displayed on the digital signage monitors located throughout the youth center.
The Arkuos Center was inaugurated on October 7, 2021, in Langreo, a district of Oviedo. A youth center spanning 1250 square meters has been established, where children and young people receive comprehensive support and preparation for their professional lives. The non-profit organization Cruz de Los Angeles commissioned inSynergie Iberia to plan and implement all media and building technology. InSynergie Iberia implemented this with NeuroomNet, a central network application, for the management, monitoring, and control of this demanding project.

The Arkuos Center features a professionally equipped radio and television station where young people are trained in media-related professions. At the same time, they produce TV and radio programs and provide information about events at the youth center. They broadcast from the central event area, which has a stage, a lighting system, and multiple projectors, or they transmit cooking shows from the professionally equipped kitchen, where Michelin-starred chefs give cooking lessons to the young people. The broadcasts can be aired live on the center's own TV channel, Telgera, and also displayed on the digital signage monitors located throughout the youth center. Brightsign Digital Signage Players allow for automatic or interactive playback of various content across multiple display zones. Content from local, networked, and streaming sources can be displayed simultaneously.
As the target group consists of children and young people, particular emphasis is placed on safety and privacy protection. In the event of audio or video recordings, a privacy policy is automatically sent to the individuals in the room, which must be digitally signed by the recipient. For children under 14, their legal guardians also receive this message.
Broadcasts and video conferences utilize network-based AV over IP (Audio-Visual over Internet Protocol) via a separate Wi-Fi network, making them accessible from anywhere in the building at any time. All common video conferencing systems such as Skype, Teams, or Zoom can be used.
Modularity and interoperability characterize the entire concept. As a Microsoft Partner, the open workshop utilizes the Azure System (Microsoft Cloud Services). Young people work with Lego Mindstorms, Arduino, Scratch, they use VR (Virtual Reality), and here, for example, they develop an irrigation system, including sensors, for their own greenhouses. The irrigation system is then integrated into NeuroomNet and managed, controlled, and monitored through it.
Workshops and information events are held in the automotive sector. The presentation of the first electric bicycle developed in Spain took place here at Arkuos during the opening week.
Several sofa-equipped relaxation zones, a bar area with non-alcoholic beverages modeled after a Spanish "Chigre," a climbing wall, an art room, and a play area for the little ones ensure a healthy balance between learning and relaxation.
