Across 2,500 square meters, this exhibition center in Wismar displays impressive objects, numerous experiments, and hands-on technology. The Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Museum of Technology has been presenting technology and the history of technology from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern at phanTECHNIKUM since December 1, 2012.
phanTECHNIKUM is an exhibition and education center that imparts technical knowledge.
The integrated media technology, installed and programmed by inSynergie, helps visitors navigate the world of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's technological history. Media stations with handheld audio guides, touch panels, sound installations, and a fire tunnel with person tracking and soft-edge projection complete the immersive experience.
