As part of the redesign of the area east of the cathedral, a media band consisting of 44 displays, each 75 inches in size, was installed in the "Am Domhof" tunnel. The displayed area is approximately 80 m long. Texts, graphics, and moving images are shown, for example, to promote events at the Cologne Philharmonie and the Museum Ludwig.
