The Delta Experience exhibition at Deltapark Neeltje Jans focuses on the construction of the Delta Works, the world-famous storm surge barrier built after the 1953 flood to prevent a recurrence of such disasters.
Exhibitions, films, and a tour of the storm surge barrier convey an impression of the immense power of water. The video installations were set up using inSynergie's iSMovie software.
The Oosterschelde storm surge barrier pushes the boundaries of technical feasibility to protect the population and remains unique in the world, even today.
