In the GRIMMWELT Kassel the life and work of the brothers Grimm are shown in a new way: valuable originals, film and sound, artistic creations, multimedia content and interactive stations combine to an exciting exhibition experience. inSynergie installed the media technology.
Especially the young visitors can look forward to many interactive media stations. For example in the Thorn Hedge they can listen to the Whispering Flowers, these are colorful painted spherical loudspeakers that are triggered by light sensors.
An eye-catcher right at the entrance of the exhibition is the Frog which is projected by a LED moving head projector on the ground and jumps through the exhibition room.
At many stations capacitive sensors are used, for example at the projection of the Grandmother. Once the visitor has sat down on the stool the grandmother starts to speak.
The visitor can marvel at medial art installations of many artists. One station tells on 6 displays the story of Rumpelstiltskin in several languages.
